All Sales are final, unless due to an error on the part of ISRSealStore.com.

Exchanges needed for incorrect purchases made by the buyer will be done at the expense of the buyer. Buyer assumes all return shipping costs. All exchanges must be requested through the SealStore@infantswim.com email address including your Full Name, Order Number, and Reason for the Exchange. All items exchanged must be returned to ISR in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase.
