We work with Abbott Communications Group for the processing, handling, and shipping of all of our Seal Store orders. All orders are processed the next business day (Monday-Friday) after an order is placed so that we can deliver your products as quickly as possible.

Exchanges needed for incorrect purchases made by the buyer will be done at the expense of the buyer. Buyer assumes return shipping costs of items to ISR. ISR will cover the shipping costs of the exchanged items being sent to the customer. All exchanges and help requests must be requested through the ISR Help Page. In your exchange request please include your Full Name, Order Number, and Reason for the Exchange. All items exchanged must be returned to ISR in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does my New Registration coupon code work?

When a parent fills out a new registration for their child/children for ISR lessons, they receive a coupon code for use in the ISR Seal Store. That code is good for $15 per child registered. The coupon may be used for any items in the store, but if the full amount of the coupon is not used, there will not be a remaining balance. For example, if the parent has registered one child, the coupon code will take $15 off the final merchandise cost. If the total amount is less than $15, the coupon code will cover all of the merchandise cost, but once the order is submitted, any remaining value will not be usable. Also, the coupon does not cover the cost of shipping.

Why can't I apply my coupon code to my order?

If you have an unused expired coupon code from 2012 and would like to receive a new code, please contact us

I filled out an update registration for my child to get back into ISR lessons. Where is my coupon code?

Coupon codes are only generated for new registrations. If you updated your child's information to resume classes for the new year, you will not receive a new coupon code.

Do you offer other sizes than the ones listed in the store?

We currently only carry the sizes and colors of products that you see in the store. If something is out of stock, you will be notified when you try to add it to your cart.

How accurate are the swim diaper sizes?

While the swim diapers are sized appropriately for the average child in a certain age range, we do recommend that you make your sizing choice based upon your child's weight rather than age in accordance with our sizing charts found on each product page. For example here is a chart to help you choose the best swim diaper size for your child:

I received the wrong items when my order was delivered. What do I do?
